Consultancy services and bookings

The website describes our care compliance consultancy, registration support, inspections, governance, training, recruitment and business-support services. The scope, deliverables, fees, payment arrangements and any cancellation terms for a paid engagement are agreed separately in writing.

Making an enquiry or booking a free consultation does not commit you to purchasing a service. A calendar booking is subject to the appointment details and confirmation provided by the booking service. Please use the rescheduling route in your confirmation or contact us if you need to change an appointment.

Prices and package descriptions should be read with the inclusions and qualifications displayed alongside them, including whether VAT is included. An individual quotation or engagement agreement confirms the applicable scope and charges. Availability of finance or instalments is subject to the provider’s eligibility, approval and separate terms; it is not guaranteed by use of this website.

These website terms do not replace a signed engagement agreement or impose additional service cancellation fees or liability limits.

Information and regulatory decisions

Website articles, service descriptions and resources provide general information. They are not legal advice or a substitute for advice tailored to your organisation and circumstances.
