Driven by a passion for change, Kerry made it her mission to create a consultancy that truly cares. Karen is an experienced trainer, consultant, and social worker with over 20 years in health and social care. She specialises in safeguarding, risk assessment, workforce development, and CQC RM/NI compliance. Karen supports providers with Registered Manager (Fit Person) interviews, regulatory training, and tailored workforce development. She delivers training that is practical, engaging, and focused on quality care.
