Kayleigh leads our quality assurance and operational improvement programmes, supporting providers to strengthen governance, embed quality assurance systems and prepare confidently for inspection.

She works closely with leadership teams to improve compliance, operational performance, service quality and continuous improvement across adult and children's services.

Kayleigh also supports supported living registration and tender writing, helping providers develop evidence-based responses covering quality assurance, governance, safeguarding, workforce compliance, service delivery and mobilisation.

Judith is our Lead Consultant and brings extensive nursing and governance experience to the team.

She specialises in CQC registration, Care Inspectorate Scotland registration, clinical governance, quality assurance, nurse-led compliance and operational improvement. Judith supports providers through registration, governance reviews and regulatory improvement programmes, helping organisations build safe, effective and well-led services.

Her domiciliary care and homecare work includes TDDI support, compliance review, service development and CQC inspection readiness, helping providers identify compliance gaps and clear priorities for improvement.

Celine specialises in care registration, governance, compliance and inspection readiness, including supported living and domiciliary care registration.

She supports residential care providers and managers with CQC compliance, quality assurance, governance, mock inspections and service improvement.

Celine also provides tender writing and contract support, combining care-sector consultancy with opportunity and eligibility review, evidence-based responses, bid quality assurance, mobilisation planning and contract readiness.

Fran brings more than 25 years' experience within Ofsted-regulated children's services, including operational leadership, training, workforce development and service improvement.

Having successfully led Outstanding services, Fran understands what excellent children's services look like in practice and how strong leadership, safeguarding, governance and quality assurance translate into positive experiences and outcomes for children.

Fran supports children’s services with quality assurance, management mentoring, turnaround and inspection readiness. Her remit does not include Ofsted registration delivery.

Within the Academy, Fran provides specialist mentoring and professional development for Registered Managers, Responsible Individuals and children's services leaders, including those preparing for Ofsted scrutiny or leading services through improvement.

Aysha supports children's social care providers across Ofsted registration, governance, leadership development and inspection preparation.

She works alongside Registered Managers, Responsible Individuals and provider organisations to strengthen regulatory understanding, leadership confidence and operational readiness.

Her children's-services consultancy also supports compliance, turnaround, service improvement and recovery.

Marzena supports children’s social care providers through Ofsted registration, service development and regulatory preparation, helping organisations establish strong foundations from the beginning and maintain a clear focus on quality, governance and compliance.

She provides practical support to Registered Managers and Responsible Individuals, helping leaders strengthen their understanding of regulatory expectations, develop effective oversight systems and build confidence in their roles. Her approach focuses not only on having the correct documentation in place, but on ensuring that leaders understand how to evidence that their service is safe, effective, well-managed and centred around positive outcomes for children and young people.

Marzena’s work includes supporting providers with registration readiness, governance frameworks, quality assurance, operational development and inspection preparation. She also provides leadership mentoring, helping managers translate regulatory requirements into day-to-day practice and develop stronger systems for monitoring performance and continuous improvement.

Her combination of registration support and leadership development makes her particularly valuable to new providers and managers who need practical guidance as they move from initial setup through registration and into operational delivery.

Karen leads our specialist leadership development programmes for health and social care professionals.

She supports Registered Managers, Nominated Individuals, Responsible Individuals and developing leaders through professional mentoring, leadership development and regulatory preparation.

Her programmes include Advanced Safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act (MCA), Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS), interview preparation and leadership development designed to strengthen governance and build confident leaders.

Kyle leads Team Care Compliance's strategic business development and marketing function.

Working alongside the wider consultancy team, he supports providers to strengthen their market position, develop growth opportunities and build a more structured approach to business development.

Specialising in supported living service improvement, turnaround and recovery, Nita works alongside providers and leadership teams to strengthen operational practice, governance, quality assurance and regulatory readiness.

Frankie Rowe provides specialist mentoring for managers and developing leaders working within domiciliary care and homecare.

Her support is particularly suited to professionals developing their understanding of the operational and regulatory responsibilities involved in running a high-quality domiciliary care service.

Frankie also supports domiciliary care registration.

Frey brings over 17 years’ experience working with children and young people, including children with complex needs, trauma backgrounds, autism, ADHD and mental health needs. She combines extensive operational leadership with a strong understanding of safeguarding, quality assurance, trauma-informed practice and regulatory compliance.

As an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager, Frey has led children's residential services and has direct experience working within the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015, including regulatory reporting, audits, referrals and admissions, staff development, safeguarding and multi-agency working.

Frey also supports providers establishing new children’s homes, working alongside directors and Responsible Individuals on registration and inspection readiness. Her experience includes developing Statements of Purpose, Location Risk Assessments, Children’s Guides, policies and compliance frameworks, alongside workforce planning, recruitment, training and quality assurance.

Her approach brings together regulatory compliance and practical operational experience, helping providers develop children's homes that are safe, child-centred, well-led and ready for Ofsted registration and inspection.

Jack is an experienced health and social care consultant and operational leader with over 10 years’ experience across domiciliary care, supported living, residential care and complex care services. His background combines frontline operational leadership with CQC compliance, governance, quality assurance and service improvement.

Having worked as a CQC Registered Senior Manager, Registered Manager, Branch Manager, Multi-Site Manager and Interim Turnaround Manager, Jack brings practical experience of managing regulated services and supporting organisations through periods of operational and regulatory challenge.

Jack supports providers with CQC compliance, governance reviews, mock inspections, quality assurance, policy development, service mobilisation and inspection readiness. His turnaround experience includes developing compliance action plans, strengthening governance and supporting underperforming services to implement sustainable improvements.

With experience managing multiple services, teams, safeguarding, recruitment, budgets, KPIs and operational performance, Jack can also support providers requiring interim management, operational leadership or additional management capacity.
