Kerry McCulloch
Founder of Team Care Compliance
Our founder, Kerry McCulloch, established Team Care Compliance in 2022. With over 20 years of experience as both a carer and a consultant, Kerry saw numerous areas where the industry could improve. She noticed that many companies were too corporate and faceless, often neglecting the needs of the end consumers. Driven by a passion for change, Kerry made it her mission to create a consultancy that truly cares. She built Team Care Compliance around supportive and effective approaches, ensuring that care providers receive the personalised assistance they need.
Yahir
Director & Care Consultant
Yahir leads Team Care Domiciliary in London as both Director and Registered Manager. His role encompasses overseeing operations and ensuring the highest standards of care within the London area.
Celine
Care Consultant
Celine has 30 years in health and adult social care management, with experience working with the NHS, CQC, and independent providers. Specialising in quality, compliance, and risk management, she has implemented large-scale contracts and established new services. Celine excels in mentoring teams and has extensive audit experience.
Judith
Care Consultant
I have worked in care as a nurse and a manager for 42 years. I have set up care home agencies and home care services and have been a nominated individual, implementing and driving action plans which ranged our rating from requires improvement to good. My sweet spot is care plans, mental capacity assessments and mentoring staff how they form individual values.
Karen
Care Consultant
With over 40 years of experience in social care, Karen is a qualified and registered Social Worker, CPID qualified Trainer, and holds an MSc in Workforce Development. She has strong values in person-centred approaches, safeguarding, and amplifying the voices of service users. For the past 20 years, she’s delivered training and held management roles, positively impacting employee retention and career progression while ensuring best practice in all learning endeavours.
Vickie
Care Consultant
Vickie is passionate about learning and development with 35 years of experience in health and social care. She has held various roles from operational to strategic, working with integrity to make learning meaningful and impactful. Vicky is driven to make a difference in social care.
Kim
Care Consultant
Kim’s background is in marketing, journalism and public relations. During 16 years experience with the Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) in the fields of guideline implementation and stakeholder engagement, Kim worked closely with the CQC to support the adoption of NICE evidence-based social care recommendations, thus gaining an excellent understanding of how providers can improve standards and meet CQC requirements.
Tanya
Care Consultant
Tanya is a qualified Mental Health and Adult Care Nurse with experience in community, inpatient forensic, and adult social care. Her interest in compliance led her to work as a CQC inspector and healthcare consultant. She supports various services, produces reports, formulates improvement plans, and assists new businesses with CQC registration and business plans. Tanya also compiles policies and procedures and serves as a nursing expert witness, having completed several court reports.
Julio
Tender Writer
Julio has 5 years of experience as a tender writer, successfully joining over 15 frameworks and winning contracts for clients. Prior to this, he set up a thriving supported living service for people with learning disabilities and autism. Julio also ran a healthcare agency supplying temporary staff and worked as a healthcare assistant while studying Health and Social Care Level 5. His attention to detail and organisational skills make him a reliable and flexible consultant, available anytime for consultations.
