I’m thrilled to welcome you to our new ‘Meet the Team’ blog series here at Team Care Compliance (TCC). Perhaps you’ve already visited our About Us page but over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing stories and insights from the incredible individuals who make up our team. But before we dive into those conversations, I’d like to share a bit about myself and the journey that led to the creation of TCC.

My name is Kerry, and I’m the director and owner of Team Care Compliance Consultants. I started TCC over two years ago with a simple yet profound mission: to support smaller care companies in delivering high-quality, compliant care services. Having worked extensively in both children’s and adult care sectors, I noticed a recurring theme—many services were struggling with regulatory compliance and staff support, especially after the immense pressures brought on by COVID-19.

I wanted to make a difference by providing coaching and mentoring for registered managers, conducting mock inspections, and offering business development services. Our goal is to empower care providers to improve their services, retain their staff, and ultimately deliver safe and effective care to their clients.

One of our most popular services is assisting with Care Company Setups. Whether it’s supported living, domiciliary care, residential care, or care agencies, we pride ourselves on ensuring our clients do their due diligence. We work closely with you to establish the need for your services in your area by connecting with commissioning teams and local authorities. We handle 90% of the setup process, allowing you to focus on defining your vision, mission, and values.

Our in-house team assists with everything from business planning and branding to creating your website and financial forecasting. We guide you through the Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration process, aiming to complete it within 28 days. Throughout this journey, we’re with you every step of the way—just a phone call away whenever you need us.

What sets TCC apart is our commitment to building lasting relationships. Despite our national reach, I personally carry out every initial consultation to understand your unique goals and match you with a consultant who aligns with your personality and learning style.

We’re not just service providers; we’re partners invested in your long-term success.

I’m incredibly proud of how TCC has grown. From starting out on my own, we’ve expanded to a team of 14 dedicated professionals, including consultants, trainers, and a marketing team. We began in the East Midlands and now support clients across the UK, including Wales and Scotland.

Looking ahead, we’re excited to introduce new services in training and business development to further assist companies in their growth. We believe in continually improving and expanding to meet the evolving needs of the care industry.

We’re also proud to announce partnerships with BrightHR Peninsula and Care Beans. These collaborations allow us to offer our clients significant discounts on HR support, employment law advice, health and safety services, and cutting-edge care management software.
